My watch won’t connect to my phone customer services have been trying to help but this has been going on for 2 weeks now and am getting slightly miffed now

Are you getting any error codes when trying to connect?
Have you reset the watch?

I'd recommend waiting for the call from the Apple Watch team.
They will have access to your account and be able to find out what the problem is.
