My iPhone 5C broke but I'm still in contract

Hello! I have an iPhone 5C that has broken (screen is cracked and black although the phone is turned on and when messages arrive there still is sound). I still have 10 months on my contract. What can I do?

Should I try and repair the phone? Could I buy a new phone and insert the old SIM card so that I still have the same contract?

PLEASE HELP!

Thank you

You could get it repaired by Apple or a 3rd party. Apple would be better and you will get a 12 month warranty with it. But it will cost £106.44

A 3rd party would be cheaper but it would not be a Apple screen that they use.

You could buy a new device and use your sim in it if you wish.

Get it repaired or buy a new phone.

Re: My iPhone 5C broke but I'm still in contract

HI!

Will my SIM work in other phones or is it locked to my current broken iPhone?

Also, do you know what other phones the SIM card for iPhone 5C is compatible with?

Thank you so much and your help is appreciated!!!!!

Your sim will work in any phone and if you need a different sim SIM card you can get one and have your number migrated to it. You can sort this out in any EE store or you can order one online from this link
