  • Have you tried charging it?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Today.

online/calling ee for my upgrade.

yes,with 3 different chargers and for 3 hours now with nothing.

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Can you try the steps below from the Apple support site and see if the iPhone comes back on.

 

  • Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
  • Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. 
  • Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

I have tried that several times and everything else suggested by technical support.

the phone does not work and I want a replacement otherwise I will look at cancelling my contract
