My bill it’s wrong

Hi my name is Mohammad 

i have 3 lines  and I have a fixed prices every line butt this month I receive different price for every bills 

i tird to calling ee company every time have a answer machine

@Mohammad786  You pay your monthly tariff price but if any calls or texts are to numbers that at not including in your tariff allowance you’ll be charged accordingly,    What does your online account says the extra charges are for ?
