I upgraded to the iPhone X in November andreceived the beats X free with the device, however one side of the earbuds does not work! Is it possible to get a replacement and how do I go about this?

@maxc01 That’s going depend on how long you’ve had the headphones for.

Give customer services a call they might be able to help you

They were fine just about initially (I think) but one of the earbuds stopped working after just a couple of weeks so not ideal!
