My Simm cannot be activated

I bought an EE SIMM with an EU-B plan in Singapore a few weeks ago. I arrived at UK yesterday, put the SIMM into my iPhone 7, powered up the phone and turn data roaming on as instructed by the vendor. However, the data plan has never turned up. What should I do?

EE don't sell Sims in Singapore, are you sure it's a genuine EE SIM, or it hasn't expired. You can buy an original EE SIM from supermarkets or any EE store.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I bought it online, it comes up an EU plan.

Why would you need data roaming on for a UK SIM in its home country? Something fishy there!
