Mobile apps not working on 4g

Hi, whenever I’m out of WiFi zone, and using my 4g. Apps such as twitter, Snapchat and Facebook will not allow me to use them. However, whatsapp is unaffected. 

 

I have turned phone off and on; updated the latest software; and also deleted and reinstalled said apps. 

 

Any help would be great.

There are many threads on this topic. 

 

Log into your MyEE app and then settings - content lock. Deactivate content lock and those apps will work.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
