Lost phone

Hi,

 

i have lost my phone now. Is there a number that I can call right now to block my SIM card.

Report it to EE immediately on 07953 966 250 (at local rates) before you notch up charges. They should be open 24/7 & the menu system should offer "Report lost/stolen phone".

No as it's my only point of contact.

 

Sadly my wife died recently and its the media content I stupidly didnt back up I want.

@Davey3: Sorry to hear of your loss.

 

EE will not have any copy of the media content of your lost phone. It resides solely on your phone. Have you reported its loss to EE & blocked the SIM?
