Report it to EE immediately on 07953 966 250 (at local rates) before you notch up charges. They should be open 24/7 & the menu system should offer "Report lost/stolen phone".

In the end I got through last night. The first time I rung The automated service asked me to type in my mobile number which I did, then put me through to a line which told me the office was closed. I rung and tried again but pressed the option that I didn’t know why mobile number and got through straight away? Thanks for all your help anyway
