WEll, the callers could be withholding their nos, unlikely as this is.

Hi @Sharmake18,

Welcome to the EE Community.

That's a good suggestion from @XRaySpeX, it's worth checking the callers are not withholding their numbers.

Have you had your EE phone/SIM for a while or are you a new customer?

Thanks

James

I have having this same issue, the numbers are not withheld (family friends etc) that previously worked, and now do not. It’s becoming an issue as people assume you know who it is with ID.

Researching it in the internet indicate it being a network, and not a device issue. Both the phone and contract are the same length roughly 18month old

any solutions?

Hi @Unelkown2

Thanks for coming to the community.

What device are you using?

Is this happening on all calls?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Hello Leanne,

Yes, it’s on all calls.

Hi @Unelkown2

Is your software up to date?

Are you able to try SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

The phone system is up to date. And the issue persists in another phone

Hi @Unelkown2,

Thanks for getting back to us,

I would recommend giving our Technical Team a call to look into this if the issue is following the SIM card.

Alex 🙂
