@Harts3005 You need to request your PAC code from o2. This is providing you haven’t closed your o2 account down and you still have that number. You can do this be texting PAC to 65075 from your o2 SIM card. you’ll receive a code back this is your PAC code you then just need to give that code to EE. I would call EE customer services to give the code. If you did this today your number will be ported on Tuesday.
