I purchased a second handset in store using nhs perk code. The 20% has not been applied. I called 150 who said they couldn’t apply it even though it was clear in my receipt. What can I do?

Did you provide your code to a member of staff in the EE retail store, from the EE Perk portal?
Was the second contract a promotional offer?
