I lost 2 contract sims I need same number sims replaced?

I lost 2 contract SIM I’m still using them 2 number do I get replacement in the EE shop or I need to phone 150 ?

You can do either option, but going into store you will get the sims immediately and they will be free, unlike if you call 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
