I have set up my new phone but it is still showing 'no service'

@Charlotteyoung1  have you put a new Sim card in this device? If you have it can take up to 24 hours for Sim card to activate, its usually be around 4-5 hours though.   

 

  Try restarting your device a few times as this can help speed up the process
