I have been unable to log into my account on any device. Need to know my balance

There seems to be a problem with logging on for days now

@kazMax   If the link provided by @Fatboy71  doesn’t work give customer services a call and request that they reset your account.

Are you using the below link, and are you experiencing the same issue when logging in with the My EE app.

My EE app:

If you are still having problems logging in, send a text to 150 with BALANCE in the message and you will get a text back, telling you your balance and allowances remaining, including data usage.

 

Also sending a text to 150 with BILL in the message, will tell you your bill amount and recent payments.
