I can’t pay my bill

My bank is having difficulty with payments. My bill was meant to come out today but my phone and everything still works as normal. Anyone know what happens?

If your bill was being paid by DD & it failed EE will resubmit the DD again for the 2nd & last try in 7 - 10 days.

 

What should I do if I can't pay my bill?
