I am in Spain and I am unable to text or call people, I rung the help line and they were unable to help me. Does anybody know why this this is happening.

@Millie_wright Are you putting 44 or 0044 instead of the 0 at the start of the number?

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and dial a friend or family member using format of 00447********* and try using data.
Did this work?
What error message are you getting whilst dialling out.

I have tried all these but nothing seems to be working, I just phoned EE and they couldn't get it to work.

Yes, the man on the phone said he did everything. And he tried to solve it but it didn't work.

Yes, I am able to recieve calls and texts.
Yes, I get an error message saying I am unable to call from this number.

This sounds like the international bar is active on your account.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
