Re: I am in Bali and I have lost my phone. Is it possible to freeze it?

Good Morning @LolaK

I hope you're having an amazing time in Bali I am super jealous to say the least.

I would recommend following the advice from @XRaySpeX and giving us a call so we can ensure you are not billed for any further charges if the phone is in use.

The number to use when calling from abroad is +44 7953 966 250.

Alternatively, if this is a pay monthly contract you can use our online chat service by logging in to your My EE and awaiting the invite to 'Lets Chat'.

Keep me posted on how you get on,

Katie 🙂

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to report this by phone to CS immediately.

@LolaK, Have you tried contacting the cab company you used to see if the phone has been found? You may be  able to get it back.
