How to data share from my new iPad to my iPhone

Hello,

I have had a ‘pay monthly’ iPhone 6S with yourselves for almost two years, and just days ago I have bought the ‘pay monthly’ new iPad 9.7 (20GB data), also with yourselves

I’m unsure how to data share from my iPad to my iPhone, as the iPad isnt showing as a device on this EE account...

Any help will be appreciated

Hi @kyahopebancroft

Welcome to the EE Community and thank you for taking an iPad out with us. 🙂

As long as both devices are on the same account, you can share data through the My EE app.

Could you give the app a try and let me know how you get on?

Hello @Christopher_G

This is one of the problems I’m having, on my EE app, the iPad device isn’t showing?

Many thanks

OK, thanks @kyahopebancroft.

Even when you press the Menu button (three lines, top left corner), then press the downward drop-down arrow next to your mobile number?

Thanks

Hello @Christopher_G

As per above photo, there isn’t a drop down arrow option which you referred to in the previous comment?
