Do you have itemised billing on your account?
Can your company prove it was yours?

Does anyone else have access to your phone or used your phone?
You can also check your own phone logs on your phone.

They say they have proof from their iT department, I haven't got itemised billing so cannot get proof from EE could lose my job for something I have not done

@Nige1 Ask them to show you this device that has your number on it so you can see for yourself. Unless they show you what they have as evidence they can not say you did anything.

@Nige1 I can put anyone's number on a scrap paper and say you called me.
You need to see a incoming call log.
