ERROR CODE "007" When Setting Up Apple Watch Series 4 (GPS + Cellular)

Keep getting error code 007 when setting up my apple watch to a data plan, I've called up and all they said was that I need to have paid 3 months worth of bills. Also I've been instore and all they said was wait 24 hours.

@Ben_Cassell Did you get through to technical support and speak with them?

 Is the data line for the watch showing on your EE account yet? X

@Watkins07 I did get through they just said I need to have paid 3 months of bills, and the data line for the watch is showing on my ee account.

@Ben_Cassell  Ok, I’ve had a little look into and came across this to try out to see if it helps:

If you have to contact EE, here’s what you should do and expect. You’ll contact the carrier, and ask them to remove and reassociate a new eSIM on your account. Then, you’ll need to follow these steps:

  • Unpair your Appple Watch from your iPhone.
  • Turn off the Apple Watch and leave it powered off for at least three hours.
  • Disable Wi-FI on your iPhone.
  • Pair your Apple Watch to your iPhone and set it up as a new device (do not restore from backup).
  • Select “Add Data Plan” when prompted.
