Does using Apple Music use data

Hi I recently got an iPhone X on contract and comes with 6mth Apple Music. My question is does using this when not on WiFi use my data allowance??

No during the free period the data for Apple music is free as well

Thanks for coming back to the community.

 

@BrendonH is correct during the 6 month's free you can stream and download music without using up your mobile data allowance.

 

After the 6 months the free data streaming will be automatically removed from your account and any data used whilst using the Apple Music App will come out of your plan's data allowance.

 

We’ll send you a text at the end of the six months to remind you. 

 

If you’d like to continue receiving unlimited Apple Music data, this can be added to your account at any point for just £5 per month by texting STREAM to 150 or via your My EE.
