Right, first off all morning everyone
I got a big problem so to speak...
So I made an online order yesterday, phone supposed to arrive today, first contract with EE. From what i've heard i'm supposed to get a message from the driver when he's nearby, problem is my phone is not reading my simcard anymore so I will not get the message. I've tryed to run the order number here https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails, and I get the next error: Oops! Your tracking timed out.
I've tryed to run the order number on the dpd tracking option on their website but it's no good. I didn't got a confirmation e-mail after the order went through..
What's left for me to do in this situation?

Hi @shadwow,
Welcome to the EE Community.
If you download the DPD app from your app store and register your details, it will automatically pick up the tracking details for your delivery.

@shadwow You will have to use the same email address that you use with EE to register with the DPD app.
