I requested an upgrade however the phone was not what I wanted so it is being returned. However the upgrade remains on my account, increase in monthly fees etc but linked to old phone. How do I cancel this order in full

As it's still in process of being returned, EE won't start cancelling the order completely until it is back in their hands.

Re: Collins off period on upgrade

Hi @Aharr21 and welcome to the community.

It can take between 7-14 days for your account to return to how it was following a return.

Please do see our guide on returns.

Hope this helps,

Lee
