I requested an upgrade however the phone was not what I wanted so it is being returned. However the upgrade remains on my account, increase in monthly fees etc but linked to old phone. How do I cancel this order in full

it is being returned.
As it's still in process of being returned, EE won't start cancelling the order completely until it is back in their hands.
