It will be too late now sorry as your order will have left EE and be working it's way through the DPD network.

If you call customer services upon receipt of the item, they can assist in helping you . Just don’t open the device/break the seal until they have advised what you need to do x

I can see both @Profile closed and @Watkins07 have provided you some great advice.
I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our channel returns department once you have received your device.
They will then run you through the process of returning/exchanging the product.
