Please can someone help I cannot make calls or texts or contact anyone. I have been advised to use the chat function but I cannot find this either please can you help!

i am in Tanzania and ever since I have been here I have not been able to text. I added on 2 bundles before I travelled and it does not seem to work. Calls are intimittEmt now do not work. All numbers explain that the do not exist. Yet I have been charged £200 for the past 2 months. I need help and cannot contact or communicate with anyone on we... I am currently on WiFi. Is there any opportunity to contact me?? Or help resolve my issue of no communication as I am here for 3 months
This is extremely frustrating please support

Hi @Binika and welcome to the community.
If you're a pay monthly EE customer, you can get in touch with live chat by
logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.

Can I ask are you sending the messages via iMessage which should show in Blue or via standard text which shows in Green?
If you are sending via iMessage can I ask you to press and hold the Blue text bubble so it sends as a Green text message?
