I set up call forwarding on my iPhone 6s via the call forward button a few weeks ago when I moved house and had no landline and no signal on EE network. I just tried to cancel it today but can't seem to do so via the call forward button. I have looked at many messages from people with similar problems and tried the codes that have been suggested to no avail. I even tried texting 150 and although I received a text back saying it had been switched off, it hasn't. Can someone help? Thank you

@Neil0809 Try turning off WiFi and cellular data on the device first then try and turn off call forwarding.

Thanks for your reply. ##21# comes back with an error/failed message and I have no other device to that the sim will fit.

Thanks for your message. I tried turning off the wifi (get no mobile reception here so gave to rely on wifi) but still wouldn't let me switch off call forwarding.
