Can’t see my Bill

I’m logged in and it says I don’t have permission to see my bill? 

How to I fix this or get permission? Thx JollyD.

Welcome to the community.

 

If you go to your My EE account online > Menu > Account Settings > There will be an option there to change the status to account holder by ticking the box.
