I recently rejoined EE. I'm on the monthly plan. I've followed the instructions to set-up wifi-calling but it just doesn't appear to be working. On my iPhone I've switch the Wifi-Calling option on. It then displays a message asking if I want to enable Wifi-Calling and I respond with 'Enable'.
But nothing happens (and hasn't for 36 hours now). My iPhone is a 6s Plus and running iOS 11.
I was on another EE Contract up-to a few months ago and didn't have any issues using Wifi-Calling.
Any ideas ?
