Call forwarding always switches off 2s after entering the number. Have done full reset, customer service confirm forwarding provisioned. Please help.

Did you follow the guide here.
If the Call Forwarding toggle switch switches itself to the OFF position, then it may be that your network does not support the Call Forwarding / Call Divert features. Check with your network provider if this feature is available.
It maybe that it's not available so you might need to speak to CS again. Also try resetting your network under settings.
