Arranging a return

Hello

I am thinking I may return my iPhone XS. Can anyone confirm if it is 7 or 14 days to advise I wish to return it?

An added problem is that I go on holiday on Monday for a week, so actually cannot post it until I get back (depending on how long the return pack takes to arrive)

It's 14 days from delivery if you ordered it online or by post. It's not at all if you ordered it in store.

You can cancel a contract by filling in a cancellation form and emailing it to channel.returns@ee.co.uk.

Hi @wizzywig27

I see you've had your question answered here.

Why is it that you're looking to return it? Is it anything we can help with?

Chris
