I recently added an Apple Watch series 3 to my plan and on my EE I can clearly see the plan there with a different mobile number for the mobile data for the watch however when I try to turn on mobile data on the watch it says no data plan. I’ve unpaired and reset the watch to see if that helped but it’s still doing the same. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you still having the issue, if not how did you fix it?
I have the problem, and have a callback with a level 2 technician tomorrow.
Hopefully it will solve the problem.

I rang 150 and apparently there was a batch of watches that had problems with the internal SIM card, they reset it all over the phone for me and had no problems since. Took about 20 mins. Hope this helps 👍🏼
