I have a Apple Watch series 4 with an active plan, however I upgraded my iPhone, had to sync my Apple Watch to new phone and all went well except the data plan. Seems that no mater what i do the Apple Watch app keeps saying activating and will take 24 hours, however now three weeks on and still says activating. Really just about had enough, I’ve rang EE customer services and keep telling me to wait. If I can’t get it to work soon think I’m just foi g to cancel the watch plan as it’s a 30 day plan.
so frustrating as it was working fine until I had a new phone.

I had a bit of trouble with getting cellular activated on my Apple Watch.
In the end I rang this number and got it sorted out fairly quickly (I'm not 100 percent, but I think they are the specific team that deals with this).
