i joined this community to post this questions, so im sorry if this is in the wrong thread.
I got an apple watch on the 29th, i tried it and thought it was too small so i unpaired in and popped it in the box ready to send back.
After seeing the larger i decided it was a good size after all. However during the set up process i get an issue. 'in order to complete set up call 150 code 019. Looking online i can see that EE has taking a bit of heat for this issu from tech sites.
I have tried calling 150, but it seems there is also an issue with the contact center. how can i get this resolved?

Welcome to the community,
Have you tried resetting it? You can do this via the app on your phone or you should be able to on the watch?
Are you able to pop into an EE store? They should be able to help you.
Once EE have resolved their problem, they should be able to help you, as I believe this is what you may need to do. Unfortunately, I do not know what code 019 is, and not sure why you could not pair it with your phone, as I have unpaired and paired mine ok.

I have reset, and re-paired still no further forward, i have attached a screen shot so you can get a better of idea of what i mean

ah that isnt helpful, essential its an error message in the apple watch app that says, call 150 quoting code 019, however, 150 isnt working
