Apple Music: Says everything has been set up, but didn't get sent link.

I text 150 asking for my 6 months Apple Music, it said everything has been set up but nothing else has happened. I have not been sent a link or anything in order to connect my Apple ID to EE. Have also tried clicking the "joined through EE" button on Apple Music but still nothing.

@Jayaustin97  So you texted MUSIC to 150 and you’ve not had the reply text back ?   If that’s the case have you tried this again?

yes I first texts Music, then got followed the steps replying, yes and then replied stream. Then I received a text saying it has all set up, but nothing happened

@Jayaustin97 You should of got a text with a link that opens Apple Music when pressed to link it with your Apple account.   Call customer services and speak with them about this issue.

Do you currently have an active Apple Music subscription with Apple directly?

no this is the first time with EE, but I have previously had a subscription  just not anymore.

It sounds like, as you've text STREAM to 150 at the end, that it has set up the wrong type of subscription.
