App and website and texting to 150 is not working. What works for me is typing  add-on.ee.co.uk   and that should show you your balance as that's the only thing working now.

Send a text to 150 with the word BALANCE and this should show you your remaining allowances. The text is free.

Texting balance to 150 is also down now, no replies getting back.

I'm rather confused @Patty72 why you are answering for @Adamthorley17  ?

 

Texting BALANCE to 150 might not be working for you, but might be working ok for the original poster.

 

I've just tried sending a text to 150 with BALANCE, and I get a text back, so it might be worth @Adamthorley17 trying this 🙂
