Abroad and everything is restricted

I'm abroad and forgot to pay my bill now everything is restricted and it won't let me call ee

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Are you able to access your My EE account?

 

If so, log in to My EE and go to Bills and payment > Make a payment. You can choose to pay part or all of your bill. 

 

We’ll confirm your payment by email and it will show in your Payment history after about 15 minutes.
