Tried activating apple music through new contract however it wouldn’t work, saying i didn’t have a membership through EE. Now it’s saying there is a monthly charge?

@AlicePearce was this new contract an upgrade? If was unfortunately you can not have it again as at a one time offer.
If you’ve not had it before have you texted MUSIC to 150 ?

it’s a new contract!
i tried that, also tried adding it through the EE app on my add-ons!
