unable to set call forwarding to another number for pay monthly

When I go through the settings to forward my calls to another number I get an error and cannot switch it on.

Can I check, are you with us on a pay monthly account, or is this the number you want to divert calls too that is pay monthly?

 

What device are you using?

 

Also, are you forwarding calls to a UK mobile or landline number?

@Stevo77  You could try the divert codes, 

 

*21*[phone number]#

 

I often find though if it doesn't work with the menus, it doesn't with with GSM codes and EE have to reset something in your account. (which cuts you off when they do it, so call from another phone if possible)
