Does anyone happen to know how to transfer photos from an iPhone 6 to a Samsung A5 2017

Re: transfering photos

Hi,

Easiest way is to use the dongle (supplied in the box) or just install Google drive on your iPhone, upload them and use the same account on your Samsung phone.

Thanks

Hi @BabyMama,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Did you manage to get everything transferred?

If not, you might find this Samsung support article helpful.

Thanks

Re: transfering photos

No I haven't. I have the Samsung J5 2017 and I've borrowed a dongle and can't get it to work. I'm not sure on any of the other things. I'm just very confused.

Re: transfering photos

Hi @BabyMama,

If you download Google Photos on your iPhone, you can back up all of your photos.

Once they are backed up, download the app on your new phone.

Hope this helps. Smiley Happy
