Hi I have just noticed that I am not receiving delivery reports on my new phone - its a new Samsung note FE and the sim card came out of my S8+ which worked OK. However I didn't automatically receive an APN for this phone. Everything else works fine.
So last night I set up the APN using info on here for: EE/Everywhere/eesecure/secure/http://mms//18.104.22.168/8080/234/30/pap/ipv4/6
Is there any way I can request APNs direct from EE for example via SMS?
Do I need another APN more MMS?
Is there a problem today with anyone else not receiving delivery messages?

@Leanne_T do EE charge for delivery reports? and would they be classed as a premium number service.
Maybe the OP has premium numbers blocked on their account so they can't occur charges.
Sorry I havent used delivery reports since my Nokia 3310 days.

Using Textra which has worked fine before and the standard app, and tried and couple of others. All responding the same way. I suspect this may be a firmware issue in the device.

I activated delivery reports on my S8.
It doesn't come back as a text rather than a notification that pops up at top of screen but doesn't stay in the notification menu.
