The online app and phone app are a total waste of time. Every time I try to access them, I get a message saying "Association Error". Is there ANYTHING I can do to stop this problem before I cancel my account and switch to another company?

Thanks Katie. No I've never had access. I have tried reporting it but can't contact the technical team - the website takes you in circles!!!
