phone won't connect to incoming or outgoing calls ?

I have full recetion.. my bill has been paid.. but my phone won' connect to any incoming or outgoing calls..

Try restarting your phone. 

 

Also check your local mast for issues here

I have restarted my phone which didn' help

I have a Samsung 7 edge.. 

 

Im receiving text fine and my data is working.. but everyone I try to answer a call or someone answers mine it disconnects.. I can' even ring 150

Do you have WiFi calling switched on?

 

If so, does it only seem to be when you're connected to WiFi?

 

Please also make sure that the network mode is set to automatic:-

 

  1. Tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Mobile networks.
  4. Tap Network mode (display will show current setting).
  5. Tap required option, either 2G/3G/4G (auto connect), 2G/3G (auto connect) or 3G Only.

Hi Chris 

 

The wifi calling is off and the network is set to automatic.. 

 

Iv turned wifi on and off

The data on and off

Restarted my phone
