Hello. My ee wasnt working when i tried to log in so i had to create another account. i used the same email adress and it let me through. however, when it said "add a device" i put in my phone number and it said the sim was already in use. of course its already in use because i used it on my original account, however ive tried everything to log in but i cant. they said try going through my own emails, which i did but it still couldnt get me back to my original account. the main problem here is that i do have a new account now, but i cant put in my phone number to proceed because its recognized with my original. please can someone help. thanks

You will need to call CS on 150 and ask them to delete your accounts, then you can register again.
