my sons top up has not been applied

i successfully bought a top up for my sons phone on Monday. he received a text to say that his phone had been topped up but today he received a text saying he needed to top up. what should i do

HI, @natjosh

Pay as you go sim come with preloaded pack. 

You need to text AL to 150 to check your Allowance if you got a pack active on your account. 

If it is monthly pack you need to top up your number to keep that pack carry on. 

But if you want to stop pack and want to use it as pay as you go just text STOP PACK to 150 before next top up.
