my sim is not supported

I have not used the phone for a year, i topped it up, but now it says sim not suppoted, who do i sort this?

Hello @Selling-phone EE PAYG SIM cards enter the hibernation process after 6 months of none usage:

Customer service have access to accounts to check if your number is still active or can be reactivated:

 

http://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch

 

If the system does not recognise your number anymore then you can contact general customer service on 0800 956 6000 options 2, 4.

If it's been unused for at least 9 months you've lost it completely.

 

How did you top up? Doing it by phone should not have been accepted as the SIM had been suspended for good.
