my replacement phone did not arrive on the designated time slot??

i phoned EE yesterday with a faulty pixel xl, they booked a replacement for between 9am and 1pm, still no sign of the phone? I have waited in all day for the phone to arrive, and i have no other communication, cant look to see if i have a txt phone that is going back has been set to default and its been wiped clean............so how do i find out if its arriving today or not?

Contact EE using another phone.
