I'm having a problem with my Samsung Galaxy S7 - my data mobile is not working. It's switchd on, still got plenty of data to use and for some reason it's not working. When I'm connected to wi-fi it works ok.
I re-started the phone, reset my network and access point names and it is still not working, Please can you advice?

You're all out of data. Get back online with an add-on.
Your data allowance will start again on 18/09/2017.
But that's impossible -when I go to settings data usage it says I used up 634mg out of 2gb.

The mobile data counter within the settings may not be set up to match your billing cycle, so this can show discrepancies.
The EE data counter page is the most up to date way of checking data allowance.
You would need to purchase an add on to see you through to your billing date.
