Why can't I receive mobile calls? My bank phoned twice and were unable to reach me. I recently transferred from Tesco mobile and kept my mob number. I can see my 'missed calls' but my phone is not ringing and calls not getting through.

Welcome to the community,
I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them, as they will be able to see why this is happening.
Since moving over to EE, have you rebooted your phone to see if that makes a difference?
You will have to wait until morning to ring customer service, as there is no-one there now.
