Re: lost phone

Good Afternoon @rhawes42

Welcome to the community :).

I hope you're having a fantastic time in Arizona and I am sorry to hear you have lost your phone.

Have you tried calling your phone?

I would recommend reporting this to the local police, there is a chance someone may have handed this in for you.

Please also get in touch with our mobile care team who can put a lost/stolen bar on your account. This will prevent incurring charges to your bill if any chargeable activity is used, you can contact our online chat team by logging in to your My EE and awaiting for the invite to chat.

Thanks,

Katie

Re: lost phone

@rhawes42 can you get someone to call your number? You might hear it. Or someone else who is where you left it might answer it?

Did you activate Lookout which usual comes with EE phones? You could access your Lookout account from another device and get your phone to let out a loud noise...

I think you can activate a similar loud noise on your phone via your Google account settings.

Good luck with finding it. Let us know.

Can't find what you're looking for?
